Hi, I'm Rick Brown and I very much enjoy assisting and serving students throughout their college experience. I was born in Staten Island, NY and grew up in Sayreville, NJ. I completed my Bachelors degree in Finance at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). During my time at TCNJ I got involved in several ways on campus. In my first year I was part of the club bowling team, and continued that partially through my second year. Beginning my second year, I worked as a Community Advisor (CA) for the Department of Residential Education and Housing. It was there that I discovered my passion for working with college students. After finishing my degree at TCNJ, I continued my education here at the University of Delaware studying Counseling in Higher Education with a concentration in Student Affairs Practice. I maintain an assistantship with the Office of Residence Life as a Hall Director, as well as hold internships with the Office of Student Conduct as well as Business Undergraduate Advising.
